The service

Video Frame Extractor provides free, browser-based tools for extracting still frames from video files. The tools run locally on your device; your videos are not uploaded. The service is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranty of any kind.

Your content and rights

• You keep all rights to your videos and to the images you export. We claim no license over them — we never even receive them.
• You are responsible for having the rights to the videos you process (for example, footage you filmed yourself or have permission to use).
• Exported frames reflect the source video. The tool does not verify content ownership or legality.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tools to infringe copyrights, to extract material you have no right to use, or for any unlawful purpose. Automated abuse of the site (scraping, attempted service disruption) is not permitted.

Availability

The tools are free and we aim to keep them available, but availability may change without notice, and features may be added, changed or removed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Video Frame Extractor are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or the images exported with it, including imprecise frame timing, unsupported video codecs or data loss in your browser.
